Tony Hayes, born and raised in the heart of New Orleans, relocated to the Northwest during his high school years attending Highline High School. Diving into hospitality early on, Tony has conquered all roles in his profession, using his experience to open Burien’s very own Classic Eats, located in Old Burien. A self-taught chef, Tony brings flair and innovation to classic dishes, earning him top restaurant in the nation.
