Classic Eats menu provides something for everyone. Our esteemed chefs create unique dishes utilizing regional spices that capture the taste and feel of great American comfort food, along with many other entrees that feature pastas, seafood, steaks, sweet potatoes, Portobello mushrooms and many other great ingredients. Classic Eats is so damn good. The best thing on their menu by far is the Cajun chicken and waffles, the gravy is so delicious. The chicken is perfectly seasoned. We had the steak another time and it was incredibly good. Juicy with perfect flavor. I've brought my entire family for birthdays. It's one of my absolute favorite spots. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Cajun seasoned chicken sautéed with julienne vegetables, onions, and mushrooms tossed in penne pasta in our zesty New Orleans sauce.

Hayes Special

Top Sirloin smothered in herbs & spices. Topped with scallops, shrimp and salmon tossed in a creole cream sauce. Served with sweet mash potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Strawberry Arugula Salad

Arugula filled with grilled chicken breast, fresh strawberries, granny apples, roasted almonds, blue cheese crumbles, and dry cranberries tossed with citrus honey dressing.

Meatloaf Sliders

Three meatloaf sliders on mini toasted brioche buns topped with caramelized onions and arugula tossed with blue cheese crumbles, parmesan cheese, black pepper and olive oil. Finished with BBQ sauce and served with classic slaw.

Buttermilk Biscuits & Creole Chicken Strips

Freshly baked buttermilk biscuits, tender and crispy chicken strips, drizzled with a touch of irresistible hot honey topped with our NOLA cream sauce. Accompanied with fluffy mashed potatoes and corn succotash creating a harmonious blend of flavors.

Mozzarella Jalapeno Cheeseburger

Angus ground beef grilled to perfection. Topped with creamy mayonnaise, crisp lettuce, tomato, onions, mozzarella and elevated with a touch of sweet and spicy jalapenos for an extra kick.
